RECOMMEND you ignore any reviews seeming negative. Food was incredible and servings were more than enough.Owner was in no way rude, just business-like. I would have preferred she be more engaging & talkative, but she was very courteous and answered all of my questions.Will eagerly spend the 45 minutes driving to return-if for nothing else but the white chocolate cheesecake with blackberry sauce!

Rude owner. Food is great. Have been three twice. On February 13 we decided to celebrate Valentine’s day with another couple at Nouvelle Cuisine. I had told all my co-workers and friends how wonderful the restaurant is. We accidentally got there 20 minutes early. the rude owner told us their rule is to not to seat earlier than the reservation time despite that we were seated early the last time. Our table was ready though. We were forced to wait outside on a very cold evening. When we were seated at a table which remained empty the entire time, we waited 15 minutes to be even given a menu our asked for drink order. But the owners friends came in after us and were seated immediately and given drinks right away. We waited 20 minutes for our check too at the end of the evening. I felt like a second class citizen. I don’t think I’m going back and I wouldn’t recommend to my friends again. I deserve to be treated better.
Superb dining. The food was superb I had a filet mignonette that was the best I have hadIn the past 8 years.Even the vegetables were cooked and flavored toPerfection and that is quite a trick with carrots and green beans. AnAppetizer of coquille st Jacques was super tasty. my son had a shrimpIn curry sauce appetizer that he loved and his entree of veal in a creamSauce was excellent although somewhat rich. yes this restaurant is priceyBut is well worth it.
Great food. I thought the food was great. I’ve lived in France and been to Paris 5 times. Was very pleased.
One of Spring Hills BEST!!. I have been eating at Nuvelle for many years now. It is one of the best meals to be had in Spring Hill, Florida. I have never had a meal here that was less than superb. The price is on the high end but the food is worth it. Isabelle is friendly and remembers us each time we return. Chef Jan always impresses with foods cooked to perfection. Thanks for providing a culinary experience to little spring hill.
