They lost our business. The got order wrong and yelled at me..refused to refund the order. Never going back and letting everyone know how horrible they are. They need to learn that the customer is always right. NO MATTER WHAT!!
Refused my family service because my small child cannot eat pizza and. Thought her own snack. Also does not serve free water. Thirdly, they try to charge a minimum fee for debit (not just credit) cards. A slice of pizza is below the limit. So you cannot buy a slice of pizza with any form of card!

Okay pizza, terrible service. The pizza is okay but this definitely a takeout pizza place that also has some dining room tables. There is absolutely no service in the dining room if you take your family to eat there. We sat there for 20 minutes and no one came and asked if we needed refills or help. I took my pizza up to the counter and asked for it to be packaged up to go and all I got was a to-go box and I had to do it myself. Seriously? I left you a tip and you won’t even pack up the pizza? I asked for the manager and was told there wasn’t one on duty. I asked if they had anyone monitoring the dining room and was told by several people that they don’t have a waitress that watches over the tables…why even have a dining room if this is the case? Shame on PJ’s, you are in a service-oriented business and you need to get it together.
Try the meatball subs..they are awesome.
THE BEST PIZZA IN TOWN PERIOD!!! GREAT SALADS, AND EXCELLENT ITALIAN MEALS. The only thing that I would like if they ran there lunch specials till 3oclock. Some of us get lunch after 2, and that’s when they stop serving it.
