Good food at a good price. Went there for lunch with a friend, at her suggestion as I’d never been. In Spring Hill there’s really a shortage of good places to eat. The waitress was friendly & attentive. We sat & talked for awhile & weren’t rushed out. The fish sandwich was enormous and tasted great! It was si big that I had to take half home & my picky 7 yo son devoured it. My friend had the gyro salad. She enjoyed it a lot & said her family has eaten there several times, and has been satisfied every time and that the portions are large. Restaurant is very clean. Would definitely return.
The owner Pam is horrible.. This place is a very hostile work environment, the owner Pam runs around screaming obscenities and cursing out the staff in front of customers! I don’t understand why or how this place stays in business, the food is not very good and I will never take my 10 year old son there to be subjected to this unprofessional and awful environment. I am going to contact the BBC as soon as possible, as well as the labor board. I was embarrassed for the employees, and wanted to say something myself. But we chose to leave, and I am going to post reviews on every site available. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!! Do not go there.
Delish & great prices!. Suzies Grill is open on Mariner Blvd, next to the YMCA in Spring Hill since last year! Great food and portions. I have never eaten a bad meal therel. The guys at work love the food and we order for work too. They serve breakfast until 2pm also. The eggplant parm, gyro, salads, specials are all great and you cannot beat the prices. The service is better than many places in Spring Hill, and they are very accommodating to vary things on their menu. My parents eat there regularly and I have frequented it many times as well. Never disappointed!the new addy is 1252 Mariner Blvd
The best.. Always ask for Ivan. Food is amazing. Great prices. Generous portions. Dont forget ask for Chef Ivan. Yes the same Chef from Windows of the world in NY and the Fireside in Brooksville plus alot more.more. Thank You Susies for bringing such a talented Chef to the hill. I cant wait to go ther again. Just have to say Chef Ivan and food briliant..
Pleased. I am sitting at the bar right now using the free WiFi.Yes, the place is trying to figure out its decor. I came to try the food, not look at pictures.My waiter was Bruce, a little coarse at first, yet he is attentive and was ok.The Food;Ordered the dinner meat loaf. It comes with a salad or soup. I had salad, it was plain, it was fresh and crispy at a chilled temp.The meat loaf rocked, sliced thin and piled high, real mashed potatoes and the gravy is NOT canned.For desert I had the coconut layer cake. The coffee came hot and great, not nasty burnt, and the cake was as good as the presentation was nice. Great job there.I don’t know why I had such a great experience and some others didn’t.II will return, and hope for many more great meals like I just had.Thanks
Just dont. Susie’s food and service was pretty good at their Spring Hill Dr restaurant.NOT ANYMORE!!!SINCE their relocation to Mariner Drive we have been there twice. The acoustics are deafening with the crashing of dishes and the blaring roar of conversations from other patrons. The food quality has gone downhill dramatically. The taste has become very bland. The pricing for the quality you now receive is unreasonable. Waitress we had was rude and rather crass. Both times. We visited the first week they opened in their new facility. We attributed the disappointment to just that they were setting up. A month later when we tried it again it was even worse. We won’t return. This one gets a thumbs down!
Awful!. I usually don’t write reviews unless they are positive, but this was by far the WORST food I have ever tasted, so I felt the need to share since I just wasted $40 on food I probably wouldn’t feed to my dog. I’m not angry about the experience so this isn’t an emotional review, that is just as honestly as I can put about how disgusting the food was. My meal had shrimp and the shrimp tasted like bleach, I also had pasta which was complete rubber. We got our daughter the chicken nuggets and fries. (don’t know how any place can mess that up) but both were absolutely disgusting. poorer quality than fast food. I couldn’t bare to watch her spit each piece out. So we went home and made dinner at home for her. Will deffinetley NOT be returning. On top of everything else as a family we felt very unwelcome from the beginning to the end.
