Customer service needs improvement. The food was great but service was lacking
Greasy Mess. I have tried Tito’s 3 times and have came to the same conclusion. The cheese is greasy and slides off the top, and the crust is always burnt and hard, and the sauce is super sweet..and the pizza is even worst leftover. I was embarrassed that I got take out from there when my parents visited..Recently I also noticed they like comments on other pizza places FB page when there is complaints..What kind of professional does stuff like that?!?!
WORST SERVICE!. Horrible service. Very rude!! Pizza is good however the last time we ordered the cheese is the cheesy bread was green….. eck!

Great service and food. I went to Tito’s pizza for the first time yesterday and I was great! I picked up a pizza and a meatball sub and you can tell the restaurant is very clean and the food was awesome. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
Very disappointed. I have been a very loyal customer of Tito’s pizza for 3 years. Not many of our orders were under 80.00 when we ordered, mostly once a week when we had company over and bragged about the place. About a month ago we ordered from there for our company. My husband had just passed away suddenly and many were from out of town for his memorial. One of the calzones had 2 missing ingredients on them, we didn’t say anything or call them and complain but did mention it to the owner in the next days so they didn’t make the same mistake as we were charged for them. The owner asked my daughter if she still had the food and she said no, they ate it. My daughter then asked why she asked us that and she said why would you eat it and then tell me it is missing?. My daughter asked for the manager and the owner informed her she was in fact the owner and don’t call back ever. Well that is sad for them and for us as we didn’t ask for replacement food or the 85 cents we were charged for the 2 missing toppings. Maybe a misunderstanding but the owner shouldn’t of been so rude and defensive when this was brought to their attention. My sister just called for an order and was hung up on 3 times by the owner and then called from her cellular out of town phone and the owner said we don’t take orders from that address and hung up on her. Not very professional and with the tragedy my family has suffered, her attitude and ungratefulness for our years of loyal business is shameful at best. TY and good-bye to tito’s in our home. Looking for new family pizza/ Italian take out we can be loyal to for the future.
RUDE, THIEFS, BAD, AWFUL, BEWARE Went to atm got 10 bucks.got two slices paid,Got short changed 5 bucks when I called first time I got hung up on.second time,I told her that im sure it was an honest mistake but just wanted them to be aware of it and maybe if she noticed at end of day call me.not a big deal well I was told atm machines do not give $10 hang up again.I guess I run a scam cheating pizza joints out of 5 bucks. I visit many pizza restaurants and when ever im in town I would come here Never Again! Could have said sorry but nothing we can do. id understand, people will try anything.oh well i guess they don’t need the business. Lesson 1 count your dough before you leave any store or restaurant. Lesson 2 trust a vinnie or tony for your pizza needs not some tito .
