I have been to Titos numerous times. I am in that area often and always order the same thing… 1 slice of pepperoni pizza. 90% of the time I pay with my card. $2.14 today I went in for my usual order and was told that in order to use a card you have to spend $4.50. I asked if that was a new policy. She said no. I said that I always pay with a card, I didn’t know, and I don’t have any cash on me, and that I don’t want anything else. She refused to let me pay with my card, didn’t apologize, she didn’t care. I will not be returning to Titos. There are a few other restaurants in the same Plaza that will be receiving my money instead of them. Customer service- deplorable!

Horrible tonight!. Have been a fan for the last 6 months or so, but tonight was awful. Waited 1.15 hrs for pizza,wings and knots and they all arrived stone cold. The wings were also so small and shriveled I tossed the other 14. I’m all for bad nights, but after tonight never again, it was that bad.
