  The bagels are good but the service sucks. I have never left a review before however with how much energy the owner puts into horrible service I figured I would honor her attitude and leave a review. The rude lady behind the counter is not just an employee… she is the owner! I have been here a few times and will never return.

  You call your self a NY Deli?. I ordered a Ruben sandwich, I figured it would be great coming from a NY Bagel shop, but boy was I wrong. The corned beef was dry and minimal & they put spicy mustard on the sandwich. To me that is a hot corned beef with sauerkraut, not a Ruben. To top it off it was on toasted bread, out of a toaster oven, not a hot grill top. The bread was mostly soggy and crisp in some spots, not the buttery crispy toast I was expecting. I was highly disappointed and most likely will not eat there again.

  Turkey for lunch. Had a tasty turkey sandwich on toasted whole wheat for lunch today. Sandwich was nicely put together with fresh toppings and a nice mustard dressing. Bought some bagels to take home too. The pumpernickel bagels are nice. Service was fine; efficient but not friendly.

  Normally and huge fan but today was awful. Order wrong and horrible service.
