I thought everything was great, I had BK there 4 times. I thought the staff & service was great. I have read other reviews and didn’t feel the same as some of them. I was treated well and the staff made me feel at home. My food was always good. I’m just an upstate NY farm boy, I guess it doesn’t take much to satisfy me, but then again some people you can never satisfy. I will be back! Santa Bob
Food was yummy. Server Gina was poor. Waited to be seated but seater was gracious. Placed order. Waited 20 mins (by clock in rest) & then asked Gina to check on food. we also were waiting on a glass of water. Came back & said Don’t know where your ticket went. We understand that accidents do happen. What wasn’t acceptable was the lack of check in & follow up. Positive note was food.
Arrived on a Wednesday evening at 730 pm and, although the place was half empty, was told they were completely booked. Ok, not so unusual, given that bn 8 and 9 is prime time for dinner in NYC. Walked past at 830 pm and there were only 7 tables full. Will NEVER eat here
Asked sever for extra sauce for my duck was told there would be an up charge this was a first and made the event a downer. May take a while before I return
Terrible. We went for breakfast. Eggs came without the bacon & toast ordered. Then toast came without butter. One slice. Asked for catsup twice.
Friendly staff, clean cafe. Very good mahi reuben sandwich. Will go back.
