Return visit. This was a return visit for me. I tried out a couple of new items from their Thai menu. Thai chicken rolls were very good but I found the Thai salad was too spicy for me. The salad was very large and the take out service was quick .Good value as usual.08 Dec, 2012Addition to prior review. I have always liked this place and I still do. However, I was disappointed with the chicken salad I ordered today for lunch. The salad itself was fresh and the dressing was tasty but the chicken was flavourless and very dry. This won’t stop me from returning here. I will simply order other items.21 Apr, 2012Fun soda machine. Went for dinner last night. Besides the great cold chicken lettuce wraps and a fine teriyaki chicken dish on brown rice, the soda machine at this place is lots of fun. This new machine allows you to make your flavor combinations. It was fun experimenting. I tried so many combinations that I didn’t even come close to finishing my meal I was so full of pop. Fine by me as I had the leftovers for lunch today.07 Dec, 2011Great appetizers. Ordered some spring rolls and the chicken lettuce wraps for pick up. Everything was fresh and well prepared. I received a 25% discount for bringing in a donation for their Xmas food drive. The deal is on tomorrow too so I think I will be back for more ( with another donation of course). It is great that they are such a socially aware business. I am glad they are supporting the community.
Looks nice, but lacking flavor.. The place looks very nice, although it can get crowded. I thought the food presentation was excellent for such a low prices restaurant. There’s just one problem: it tastes terrible. I had pad Thai noodles and it was the most one dimensional taste I think I’ve ever come across at an Asian restaurant. Asian cuisine is often about balance of flavors combined with texture, and this was sorely lacking.
