Improvement. Glad to report that service and choice of music and volume of that same music has drasticallyimproved since my visit two weeks ago. I have been to this location on three recent occasionsand have noticed a big change for the better. ( They still have trouble keeping the sugar counterclean and the garbage empty when the lunch rush is on)08 Feb, 2015Not great today. I like Starbucks and I usually like this location. That being said, today was an exception.The place was very messy with newspapers and a dirty sugar/milk counter. Themusic selection was also unappealing and was played at a loud volume. I asked if itmight be turned down but that didn’t happen. I will return with hopes that these minor glitches are sorted out. This is a very busy location and perhaps they were understaffed today.
