Try it, you’ll like it!. My wife and I tried The Gafford a few months ago and have been back a few times.As a matter of fact, we’re going again tonight for her Moms birthday. She’s a seafood lover and I’m more of a steak guy. There’s something on the menu for everyone. Everything is freah, well prepared and delicious. The prices are reasonable and I recommend joining their e mail list . You’ll get some special invites and sometimes some special discounts. The staff is also very friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive. I believe they also received an award for the best Tuna tartare in Stuart.It’s a really good appetizer.Myself, I’m looking forward to nice , rare ribeye tonight!. P.S. From working for years in the Biz as a chef, I can be VERY picky at times. I pick The Gafford as a great spot to dine!

Great food and excellent service. My wife and I started off with a meat and cheese appetizer which had the perfect pairs of each. My wife ordered a bone-in ribeye that was fantastic and I had the open-face pig cheek sammich. Our meals were fantastic and best of all Lele, our server, made our experience all the better! Would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting or who lives in town! Expect to spend a little bit though, it’s not cheap for a full experience (if you go with a 4 course dinner).
Great Food and Atmosphere!!. We ate dinner here on a Friday night in the off season.. but the restaurant is still packed. There is an open kitchen which is super cool, because you can see the kitchen preparing your dinner as its made. We were extremely impressed with our dinner. I had the duck deviled eggs, and my girlfriend had the tomato bisque soup for starting. We then had steak and tuna for dinner. The chef specifically prepped and cooked a perfect tuna for my girlfriend even though they had run out. The food was the best I’d ever had. I’d easily give this restaurant 5 star and more. The wait staff is extremely hospitable and friendly. If you are in Stuart and you don’t try the Gafford, you are missing out.

What a fantastic place! Dinner was impeccable, drinks were amazing and the ambiance was unmatched. This family owned venue was perfect for our birthday celebration.
