Excellent Food and Service. Top notch customer service! One of the items we ordered was missing an ingredient so the manager gave us a complimentary appetizer and a refund for the item. The food is always amazing.
Nice place. I got take out here tonight and I was very pleased with my meal. The blackened chicken tacos were tasty and my salad was fresh. The place is quite dark inside so I doubt I would ever stay there for a meal but I would order take out again. Servers were friendly and capable.
We have been to Tijuana Flats 3-4 times and have always enjoyed the food. The burritos and chimichangas are fresh, tasty and plentiful. This is the best casual Tex-Mex in the area. Saw some reviewers think Taco Hell is better. All I can say to that is if you like Taco Bell then your taste buds are dead and any meal over $3 is a waste on you.
If you want cheap mexican… Go to Taco Bell, it may not be real meat but at least it tastes good. From the half a**ed service to some of the most evil tasting food ever I would never go back again. Too many good mexican full service restaurants with reasonable prices in our area to ever cosider eating at Tijuana Flats again, and as I previously stated if you want fast food Mexican Taco Bells has them beat at half the price.
We’ve been disappointed with ‘Tex Mex,’ burrito type places since we’ve moved down here, so we went in to Tijuana Flats expecting to leave disappointed… Not the case! The set up is a little awkward, especially when they’re busy. We weren’t sure if we were sat, ordered at the counter, etc. Turns out you order at the counter an a server will bring your food to the table, they also refill cups and get whatever you need so bring cash to tip them with. The food was great! The chimichanga wasn’t overly stuff, but still had plenty of food to think it was worth the price. There are a lot of combinations and food items so take your time when ordering, because we thought our meals came with chips (so we got lots of sauce from the bar to try), but they didn’t. Will be back!
I’ve been there several times and try something new and it’s all great! They have taco Tuesday deals and a $5 burrito meal deal on Thursday’s. Tip at the table, they get paid below min wage and do everything for you
