Great Bagels, local family. Parking lot resurfaced and building recently updated. I don’t who any of the people writing negative reviews are I’ve come here for early mornings since I was an undergrad at USF. Same owners as have been there forever. Great bagels every time I’ve been there and the owners are friendly especially if you’re not uptight on your way to work.
Beat bagels in Tampa!
Use to be tops for bagels. I don’t know if there has been a change of owners. The place has really deteriorated. Went in yesterday for carryout bagels and almond crescent. Both stale, stale, stale!!! Hard as rocks. Didn’t discover what they’d sold me until I got to work. Very unfriendly help. Didn’t see the owner. Two women. One glared. I won’t be returning. Very disappointing. Plus in my experience highest priced bagels in town. Does anyone know if ownership has change? Use to be good.
Get it together. The cashier had the NERVE to say BP is better than Einstein and Panera. What a joke. That place is nasty inside and out. The parking lot needs to be resurfaced, building could use a new coat of paint. Landscape is terrible!!! Inside it’s not a place I would sit down and eat. Don’t ask for butter!! $1.75. Mind you it’s not homemade. Just regular butter you would buy out of your local grocery store. Shame on you owner. You need to clean it up or your place will end up on DIRTY DINING…
Great local bagel shop. I love supporting local businesses, and this bagel shop is really good! Great variety of bagels, and if you get a egg & cheese sandwich – it is a fresh cooked egg (nothing frozen and then microwaved like Dunkin Donuts!) Bagels have a lot of flavor, and a good variety to choose from too!
Really good, chewy bagels. Huge, yummy pastries. Delicious toppings like scrambled eggs, cheese and hummus.
Bagels Plus Gets at MINUS!. Spent $33 on bagels and drinks for 4. Dirty dining need to check out this place as the air filters were covered in soot which was dripping down on the tables and the food. The coffee was very stale and seemed like the containers had not been cleaned for a long time. Bagels tasted odd like the mix was wrong and not boiled correctly. Sausage was a low end microwaved patty. The cream cheese tasted very processed and not fresh. I was hoping for a real bagel but Einstein’s blows this place away. I had been to this place maybe 16 years ago and it was good. Never will I be back.
