I really don’t like grading entirely on service but this was not great service. We seemed to be bothering both the server and bar tender by wanting to order food and drinks during opening hours. Our food was really good so I’m sure we will go back and give it another try. We love and live in Seminole Heights and want to support our restaurants so I won’t score based of the bad service and just on food alone. We will have to update next time.
Was having drinks with fellow associates, when I was asked to leave the table we were having drinks at, because people who want to order food were requesting outdoor tables and we were only having drinks. I spent more on drinks next door then I’m sure they spent on dinner. Never go back there again or suggest Fodders
Can’t believe the ratings. This place is so much better. Ate here on a Sunday at the bar. Btw Courtney is fab! Craft cocktails craft food what more can you ask for. Had the pimento cheese, chicken fried steak and buttermilk ice cream. Not your mamas food. So much better. And the cocktails are beyond awesome. Definitely make it a stop in your Seminole heights visit.
This was my first time here. The atmosphere was fun, the beer was good also the food but the service was sketchy, very slow especially considering that we were part of the Saturday lunch crowd. Probably will be a whole till I go back
Delicious! Ate here for the first time the other night and cannot wait to return. We got there early, just after 5pm and were seated in a great corner table with a perfect view of the entire place which made for great people watching when the place filled up, which if did. Customers ranged from couples, families with kids and groups of friends out for a good time. The decor is minimal yet inviting and the bar is gorgeous. Now the FOOD. It was restaurant week (fun surprise) so I ordered off the special menu, 4 courses for $30. Started off with the cornbread which was large enough to share with my husband and we still couldnt finish. Next, homemade pimento cheese w housemade crackers. Smooth n spicy and large enough to share and not finish. For my main entree I had the Pilau and I cant stop thinking about it. Sausage, shrimp, onions, peppers, an over easy egg all on top a rice cake. ORDER THIS. I licked my plate. To end I had the red velvet brownies. Rich and decadent and delicious. My husband had the fried chicken, mac n cheese and mashed potatoes. I tried it all, and all delicious. We saw huge burgers leave the kitchen and vowed to come back and try those. They have a great beer, wine and cocktail list. My only minor complaint was drink service was a tad slow, but only because the dining room filled up requiring the attention of our server. However, ordering a bottle of wine when she checked on us again solved that problem. We sat and enjoyed our food and drinks and never felt rushed at all. Ignore the negative reviews and try this place! The menu offers several small plates and side dishes which are very reasonably priced and gives you and a friend a chance to explore new and familiar flavors with a beer or craft cocktail.
Whatever. Straining to be hip, self-absorbed in believing their own hype, inattentive immature staff, not-so-special cuisine, patently rude owner.
Awesome. This place is industrial chic.I had quail for an appetizer. It was cooked perfectly. ..the perfect bite.I had pork leg for an entre with butter beans and zucchini sides…again all cooked flawlessly.Yes it is a little on the pricy side, but who gives a rip when you come out from your evening feeling like it was time and money well spent. The service was great, efficient but not a painful is everything ok every 5 minutes (I hate that). All in all a real five star experience for me and my girlfriend. If you want red lobster type food. Go to red lobster. This is in a class of its own. Enjoy.
