Amazing food – our table had an early Sunday dinner and started with 3 tropical mules. Not that notable but ok. We also got the Chvre cheese / bread for an appetizer…surprisingly really awesome!!! A lot of flavor and perfect blend. We all commented that we didn’t realize that we were that hungry until we tasted that. Our table got Blackened fish tacos which tasted perfect; I got Gumbo – reallyyyyyy tasty and true to a Southern Louisiana style. Good sized portion too. The best at the table was the meatloaf!!! Omg!!! Get this if you go – full of flavor, cooked to perfection. This is something you’d get as a go to if you are a regular!! Better than anyone’s grandma used to make. Lol

It may have just been a off day. We live close by so we may still come back but would not be a first choice. It’s a cute historic house, and has a lot of potential to be a great spot. Will try again – and update this review of needed.
