Awesome Craft Beer Garden located in Hip Seminole Heights neighborhood in Tampa. Don’t be scared by its location on Nebraska Ave (historically know for it’s low rate motels). There is a nicely landscaped outdoor patio and a medium size bar inside. Nice selection of quality European & Craft beers at fair prices. The New York Style pizza is probably my favorite in all of Tampa. However the service can be slow sometimes during peak business hours,but it’s worth the wait.
The pizza is very good. Love the use of space for the outdoor seating . The location is great for me, I can walk there. I was very excited to have the place nearby. That said. The music outside was blaring with a lot of profanity on more than one occasion. I’m not a prude but I was uncomfortable in mixed company . On my 5 visits, there has only been one person working the counter. Customer attentivness and friendliness, on behalf of the owners, are not a priority here. I engaged one of the owners in a ‘welcome to the neighborhood’ conversation and he was noticeably not interested, even annoyed. Ordering a beer and a pizza at the same time requires patience. On my second visit, once the pizza was delivered to our outside table, one of our party asked the server for a beer, she replied ‘OK’ and went back inside. We finished eating , went inside to pay, the beer which never came was on the bill so I asked to take it off and mentioned that we didn’t get it. She replied, ‘We don’t offer table service’. We have no problem with that, it just would have been nice if she had communicated that at the time instead of taking the order.
