Best Gas Station Food Ever.. The reuben, which was one of the best I’ve had, was unique in that they used 2 big slices of rye, giving you plenty of meat but getting rid of that traditional reuben experience of chewing through a ball of corned beef and then being left with half a sandwich’s worth of crust. Good coleslaw too. Service was a little slow.
Could be good. They have good beer and it is a cool looking place but the staff is not very friendly and rude if your not part of the neo- artsy crowd that hangs out there….I have been there several times and did not feel very welcome there by the staff and will not go back or spend my hard earned money on that kind treatment….Too bad because I really wanted to like the place but Oh well…..
Good beer assortment and great atmosphere. Food was not too great but above par for a hangout/bar. We will certainly be back when in the area.
Mixed Bag. Likes: Front Patio, Great Beers, just love the intangibles…good memories, friends, good live music.Dis-Likes: Awkward bar set-up, flash-chilled beer, low-quality ingredients in food, plus I feel like I’m in a coffee house in Amsterdam.I could have gone either way with this review. Literally 50-50.
I miss the St Pete Indie!. Ugh, I’m so depressed my bar closed. Guess I’ll have to acquiesce to the equally awesome tampa spot……sigh…..please open a new indie in st Pete, please, the Benz isnt cutting it.
YUMM. Okay so let me start off by saying the ham and brie croissant and the indie grilled cheese is to die for. This cafe is absolutely amazing. I love the atmosphere of the restaurant as well as the delicious food. This place is a must try!
Yummy comfort food with an upscale twist on a cold day in an unassuming atmosphere. Ham and Brie quiche and the grilled cheese… Brie, pear, honey?!? Amazing!
