Love it. Quality food with great taste.. The restaurant is clean, appealing. The people (staff including owner) are very hospitable of their guests. They take time to serve each and every person’s needs with smile. Of course, food is awesome. We as family go there, we always loved it. Staff serve quality food with great taste and with smile. They give food in abundant quantity.
Best Indian Restaurant. Been to many Indian restaurants but nothing like this. Excellent experience. We made reservations for labor day. The place was full by the time we went. Had a lot of food ordered. Portions were decent and everything we ordered was delicious. Very friendly staff. They were two of them but were doing all they could to serve everyone. Will definitely be back!
Response to the latest review of sunnpatel. Hello Everyone,This is in response to the review Mr.Patel had written last week. Mr.Patel had come in to our original location and I sent him myself to the other location by Patel Brothers which is all vegetarian. Mr.Patel came with his daughter and ordered for a couple dishes and mango lassi. There were some other tables by then who came in and were waiting to be served. We had another table who came in just a few minutes after they came who had pre-ordered their food and went to the grocery store to pick up some groceries before they closed. By the time they came their food was ready and was served to them. There were so many tables by then and the waiter was taking care of all the tables on a first come first basis. Mr,Patel was informed that they had pre-ordered their food and got it quicker than them. Mr.Patel and his daughter got their drinks and food right after. Mr, Patel was upset that the other table was served first even though they came after him but the fact was explained that the guests on that table pre-ordered their food.Added to that, the waiter was new on the floor. She was doing her best as per the other customers comments. Mr.Patel wanted a refund for his drinks as he says he got them late. The girl already swiped the card by then and wasn’t able to refund him as she was unaware of how to proceed with that transaction. Mr. Patel came by to the other location as he wanted to see the manager for his refund. Mr.Patel was refunded his money for the drinks. I had some other customers speak to me regarding this issue and inform me that there was no mistake of the waiter as she was doing her best and was serving everyone in a sequence. I wanted to respond to this post and clarify what Mr.Patel mentioned.Everything about this issue was mentioned by Mr.Patel but not about the refund he got back. Staff very rude. We are visiting the us and went in as we are vegis the lady sat us down and then was serving anther table ! She then sat someone. Else down and the I called her over to take my order she took my order and left us with out any drinks she went and took the order of anther table !! We waited and waited for over 1/2hour no drinks nor food !!! The other table who came after us got there food but still nothing for us !! I called her over and she said your food is coming after anther 15 mins the food came but no drinks my daughter of 7 was so hungry she started eating I called the lady over and asked her for my drinks she said she will bring them well she never it had been over 20 mins I called her over again and asked former drinks we had finished eating by now then she bought the drinks out I refused to pay for the drinks !! She said she has not charged me for my drinks but she did and told me that she had swiped my card and can not refund me and if she did then her boss would take money out of her pay !!! This I did not want hear and was not my problem !! She lied and charged me . Service very bad !!!!
Excellent Restaurant. This is one of the best restaurant ever in tampa. We got all what we have ordered exactly and the food was delicious. In fact all my colleagues loved the food and want to go back there. They are very respectful and very caring. If you really want to eat healthy food in a very clean and presentable place then Jai Ho Pure Veg is where to go.
Bad experiance. I was by seeing 1 starts and hate to say, it is not single star as well. ,nobody came to take an order, have to call . food was not authentic. ordered we order palak paneer they brought next store frozen palak and they heated to me and i order masala chai they gve me water and no milk no taste at all and they service is bad they boys are sleeping faces .. its was horriable resturant in tampa.i never go at all …More
Can’t wait to be back!. Can’t stop bragging about their food and service. We happened upon this place by what I’ll call a happy accident and were so delighted with the items we saw displayed on the menu that we couldn’t walk away. We decided to come here for Mothers day and what a delight! Had a great time with family yesterday. The place was packed. We were a party of 12. Had to wait a while to get seated but the wait was worth it. Our server was very sweet n food had no problems.To begin with we ordered Samosas, Indo-chinese appetizers, and Mango Lassi. The samosas would melt when you put them in your mouth. I was curious and asked them where they would get them from as I know of a few places who would buy from the stores and serve. The waiter mentioned that they make everything at the restaurant and never buy from else where. He said they take time to serve the food but everything that was served was made fresh. The Gobi Manchurian and Chili Paneer were exceptional! For the main course, some of us ordered the Rice Platters (Thalis), Dosas, Palak Paneer, Parathas and the fried rice. Everything tasted so good. We had to fill ourselves. Good sized portions for a reasonable price. Not too pricey for the quality they give. They have two locations and I should say Jai ho/Jai ho Pure Veg lives up to its name when it comes to the food, which is consistently of a high quality, good value and delicious. Both places are always very clean compared to all the other Indian restaurants I’ve been to in the neighborhood.It’s a restaurant we are always happy to take friends and family to and know that we’ll have a great dining experience. Even after being a small restaurant they know how to take care of their customers n keep them happy.
