Nick. Worst food don’t eat ever there or carry out
Great Persian Food! I’M Persian and Have Had Persisn Food in Iran and All Over and It Was Great. Friendly Service Too! Merci. The Kabob Kubideh was really good. I’ve had Persian food in Iran and in other countries and it was great. Nice friendly service too.
Very disappointed. Chose this restaurant because of Groupon. Never been here before and won’t go back. We were the only ones in the restaurant on a Wednesday night at 7:30 pm. Several tables still had uncleared plates on them. First, I gave the waiter my Groupon printout. He looked at it like I had created it on my home computer or something. He said his boss wanted him to read every single one of them, and he had never seen one like the one I presented to him…it was a standard Groupon printout. When I asked if there were any specials or if the waiter had a favorite dish he wanted to recommend, he told us they were out of several items to include anything chicken or beef, which was half the menu. They were also out of eggplant and a couple other items. Essentially we could choose from lamb or vegetables. Not sure why they signed up to participate in Groupon if they weren’t interested in attracting new customers. They definitely lost this customer.
Service was amazing and the food was incredible. Tea is delicious. I would recommend!
Diners Beware! I usually love this place and have been a long time customer but I had an AWFUL dining experience at Persia House of Kabob (on Fletcher Ave in the plaza with Kalesia Tea Lounge). We went for the buffet on Saturday which was poorly maintained and stocked. Several dishes were out but the grilled food (chicken and kabobs) took forever to come out and when it would come out, it would be gone in a matter of seconds (small quantities). We repeatedly complained to the waitress who simply said she was sorry. Oh and the best part, RAW CHICKEN (salmonella galore)! I pointed it out to the waitress, but again she simply said she was sorry. At the end of the night, they took it upon themselves to add a 17.5% gratuity to our check. I refused to pay that amount and instead said I’ll pay 10% in direct correlation with the service I received. I should have left nothing but I realize waitresses survive on tips. At this point, the owner/chef came out and proceeded to argue with me in front of all the diners. He brought out the menu (which was not presented to us upon our arrival) and said that its listed that parties of four or more will be charged the high gratuity rate. When I told him about the poor food service and the raw chicken, he asked me if all the pieces of chicken I had were raw at which point I asked why it mattered? One piece of chicken is enough to poison us. He also said that there was a high demand so the kitchen was serving food as quickly as they could (but does that mean you serve raw food?). He argued with me over a $6 tip but lost a customer forever. My family and I will NEVER return there and if you are wise, you shouldn’t either. If you want food poisoning, slow food service, argumentative staff/owners, and horrible customer service, please visit the Persia House of Kabob. I’m so disappointed. What ever happened to the saying that the customer is always right?!?
After groupon discounts the food was Super expensive and little quantity.. After groupon discounts the food was Super expensive and very little quantity. I ased for fully cooked sheesh kabob but it was not even half cooked. It is compulsory to order 4 meals and all meals are 14-20 dollars. In short groupon coupon is like you get $40 worth food for $18 but it is so expensive that you will spend 70 includin goupon. NOT RECOMMENDED.
The meat is very tender, but it’s lack of seasoning. The dinner price is a little higher than what you get. Overall it’s not bad!
