Great Taste, Bad Delivery Service. My boyfriend and I used to eat here frequently. It’s a small restaurant, but they do have a few tables if you want to dine there. The really great thing about Pizza Famiglia is that their pizza tastes much fresher than chain restaurants like Pizza Hut or Domino’s. And conveniently enough, they’re open late. The only real downside is their delivery service. The couple times we’ve ordered delivery from them, the pizza arrived 10-30 minutes late and was cold. If you decide to eat there, I would highly recommend picking it up yourself! It’s less convenient than delivery, but the taste is worth it.
We are in town for the weekend and staying at the Hotel Clarion. After having received no less than 4 different pizza menus under our door while we were out, we decided to order Pizza Famiglia. The guy on the phone was a bit gruff and gave us a delivery time of about 45-55 minutes. We were pleasantly surprised to have the pizza at the door in 30. It was a New York style meat lovers and it was amazing! The pizza arrived nice and hot, with fresh ingredients and great sauce. We’ll definitely order again the next time we are in town.
