Rana Kabab is a low key but exceptional little place. Don’t except anything fancy here. However it’s just a low key simple eatery. What makes Rana exceptional is the food. The menu is fluid but extensive. It’s true home cooked meals vs the bland, food colored variety found at most Indian restaurants. Great kebabs, Bihari kebabs and nihari. The food is fresh, probably helped by the fact that they own the butcher shop next door. The owner is ever caring and makes sure every one is well taken care off. Not sure of people complaining about the service. That has never been my experience.

Rudest management ever and horrible customer service. I have been here multiple times and went back because I am pretty loyal to the Muslim community and want to encourage their business. In the past, we went out of our way to give constructive criticism because we thought that since the food was somewhat decent, maybe they could definitely improve in other areas such as service and cleanliness. But today was the limit. Both owners were there and the restaraunt was completely empty except our very large family. 12+ They completely ignored us and then the owner had the audacity to tell us that they were busy attending to their private guests. amazing. If you have a restaraunt, you should at least know the basics of customer service. The worst way to do business is to be rude to those who bring a huge group to your restaraunt. Needless to say, we will not be going again and nor will any of our ur friends or family. If you have any self respect, you should not go there either. The only saving grace was the sweet girl who was serving us alone.

Worst place to eat, smells bad, this place belongs to a doctor and still no cleanliness.. The guy is greedy. Does he get his water from Pakistan? They add items not bought, check bill.

Rotten Food and Rotten Service. We catered food from them and they sold us expired and sour kheer. The biryani had no meat. The nihari was made from regular meat instead of the specific nihari meat. When I called to complain about the sour kheer, they hung up the phone on me. WARNING: REFRAIN FROM STEPPING IN THIS RESTERAUNT

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT. I grew up eating Pakistani/North Indian food and now I cook the same food everyday so I know what I am taking about. The food at this place is the most authentic North Indian/Pakistani I have ever had at a restaurant here in the United States. I have been to all the Indian restaurants in the Tampa area and by far this is place has the best food for the price. Yes I agree this place does not have the best decor and even the service is okay on busy days but the food makes up for it. So I totally recommend this place this is my to-go to place when I have not cooked at home or when have guests over.

Avoid this place…. They do not serve and recommend drinking their tap water. They want you to buy their bottled water. What a load of crap! I asked them what water do they use to cook and clean their dishes and they had no answer for me. Restaurant next door uses the same tap water and they have no issues. They even charge you for ordering green chillies on the side. Really? I’ve been to a lot of Indian/Pakistani restaurants and none have charged me for chillies. Owner is cheap and wants to nickle and dime you for every little things.
