Perfect. Best pulled pork sandwich ever. Excellent cole slaw and very nice hot sauce (not overbearingly hot). I’m addicted as is my 11 year-old daughter. The brisket is melt in your mouth good and can be ordered lean (or trimmed) for those who want less fat (= flavor).
Beef Brisket. The beef brisket at Smokin’ Pig BBQ is full of FAT, DON’T ORDER IT… YUCK!… There is not much meat at all, as you can see in the photo is was mostly all fat. The collard greens are good and same with the cole slaw. Will try something else but will NEVER order the brisket again. What a shame…
Great BBQ. We have gone there several times and always had great food. The portions are large and the meats were cooked perfectly. Friendly fast clean and priced right.
Awesome BBQ. And great price!! The pulled pork was great. Just the right amount of everything.
