This is one of those places you wouldnt know about unless someone recommended it. Half of the restaurant is outside on the sand with a direct view of the ocean. The food has french influence, even though they serve international plates. Without a doubt it is the ideal place if you want to eat outside, drink a beer, listen to the waves of the ocean, and why not jump in the water for a bit and come back to a delicious meal. It sounds weird, but Tahiti Beach is one of the only restaurants in Miami that is directly on the beach. miamismith.com

Paris on the Beach at the Tahiti. This is one of the better bistros in and around Sunny Isles and Aventura. 1. the Chef is from Paris, and Pierre makes everything fresh to order. The days are beautiful to sit out of the sun under one of hisbeautifully colored Yellow or Orange Umbrellas , it is signigicant of some places along the Coast in Paris , you look at the beautiful blue green ocean and white sand and sip on your ice tea, cold beer or glass of wine, and as you break the crunchy french bread, warm and in your mouth you close your eyes, and think of Paris, and then wala, a plate ful of pomme frites. Try the mussels in season, and his wonderful onion soup, even a little touch of italy with a pasta bolognese, and the saladsare usually enough for me to share if you have the onion soup even the sandwiches are enough to share, so reasonable in todays high priced restaurants that give you nothing or packaged food. It is not fancy , wear your bathing suit, shorts or when they are open at night a little shaw and listen to the music look at the moon and enjoy the food and great service. you will not be sorry

I love this place…Only place in Miami where you can eat with your feet in the sand. Food is good, not expensive….I was there on sunday May 6 when the owner asked a family to leave… But , what else can he do when parents cannot handle their kids….kids were not dancing, they were destroying the plants and flowers… This place is a restaurant, not a playground !!!!!

Horrible experience!!. The only good thing in this restaurant was the waiter..the food was horrible..calamari extremely spicy, bread was harder than a rock, iced tea smelled funky, sandwich was tasteless, the greek salad was bland and the feta cheese seemed to be really old..on top of that the owner was yelling at some kids and being really mean to them..i think he kicked a party of 14 people because the kids were dancing to the music he was playing..he was having a horrible day i guess..not worth it!! just go across the street to Epicure Market and have a wonderful lunch for half the price..not even the view of the beach was worth it.
