Tony Roma’s. The service and food was really bad! Can’t blame it on a big crowd because there was hardly anyone there. So this place is only good for drinks at the bar.
Slow service. It took forever to get anything. food was ok.
Terrible service. I went in the early afternoon when more tables were empty than not and no one came over for a good ten minutes despite the four or five waiters standing around. I had to explain how to make a Miami Vice (in Miami!) and had to yell at my waiter’s back to clarify my order — he was apparently uninterested in coming back to the table to hear my order, which I thought was what waiters were paid to do. My mistake — not only in expecting common courtesy and basic job skills but also in coming to Tony Roma’s t all.
