Harbour grill was my only disappointment on my visit to Miami Beach. Steak was tough and not prepared very well wait staff was not very knowledgable and didn’t seem to care if we set with no beverage.

Erratic at best. Came without reservation when only a few patrons and the front desk had to pause and review the table listings to determine if there would be room for 2. South Beach attitude in Surfside. Food presentation went from okay to low end. Sliders were cold but onion rings were hot and fresh. No bread was offered but waiter did bring a few pieces when asked. Hamburger was dry. Did not try the sushi. Had the avocado salad which was nicely presented and good piece of avocado. Prices too high for what was being served
Worst experience I ever had at a restaurant. My children and I came to have lunch at Harbor Grille and we had the worst experience. We were waiting 10 minutes for a waiter to come to our table and had to wait 40 minutes until we received some water to drink. The restaurant’s phone continuously rang throughout the entire course of our lunch and it bothered the guests greatly. We were told that the waiters were planning on not answering the phone so that they can prove to their boss that the restaurant is short staffed – even when the restaurant was hardly busy. The guests in the restaurant had to listen to the loud phone rings just so that the staff can prove a point to the owner. We ordered some sushi rolls, and after 40 minutes we were told that some of the menu items we ordered are not available because they ran out of the ingredients. Since it was almost closing time for lunch, the sushi chef refused to make any more rolls for us and the waitress had to negotiate with him in order for us to receive replacements. When my family wanted to order several more rolls, we were reluctant to do so because we knew that it would inconvenience the chef. This truly was a very horrible experience and I am greatly surprised by the poor quality of this restaurant. The owner of Harbor Grille has to pay attention to his shortcomings, otherwise he will lose all of his clientele.
Great place to eat service could have been better, I ordered angus steak it was cooked perfectly seasoned well.. the sushi was amazing sea bass roll highly recommended… good experience overall
The best steak and sushi we have ever had. This is how Kosher dining should be: fun, stylish, great service and first class food. Thankfully we made a reservation because they were turning people down at the door. We were blown away by the unique cuts of steak and how they age the meat in house. By far the best steak I have ever had. My fiance had the sushi appetizer and said it was the best she has ever tasted. We cannot wait to vacation in Miami again so we can return for another visit.
