Disappointed after reading Miami Herald review. Last night I visited Chang’s restaurant with two friends after reading the glowing review in the Miami Herald. My friends had been looking for a good Chinese restaurant in Miami for a long time and suggested trying it out. This is what we ordered. Spring roll, it was cold in the middle but the waitress did make a new one and it was much better with a crispy outside. The roast pork was OK but nothing special. The duck was too salty for my taste, moist but not crispy how I like it. The noodles with seafood was bland although the seafood was nicely cooked. The eggplant with garlic sauce was delicious. Maybe we ordered the wrong items but we wouldn’t go back again.
