Listen I am so pleased to have found Divine Delicacies they have truly brought me and my fianc dream Wedding cake to reality Furthermore there vision and bakery art is out of this world .Lora and her team are impeccable and not to mention superior customer service.I will definitely go to them for my next event in the future
They dropped a $450 cake off to the wrong department at my job (a large night club) with NO NAME on it therefore no one knew who it belonged to till it was too late. When I contacted them to complain they clearly didnt care and didnt offer a refund, credit or anything. There was no valid excuse or anything they just acted as though I shouldve stopped in the middle of my work night to search high and low for a cake that I was told would be dropped off to me directly. Eventually they just stopped responding to my texts/calls. So unprofessional. I had to dispute the charge w my credit card. Save yourself the headache!
Yummy experience!. I had gone to my friends baby shower, and fell in love with how cute the cake was and it wasn’t even my own baby shower. I stopped by Divine to see what it was that they had there and decided to buy some cupcakes that they had there. They looked like ordinary cupcakes but when I took the first bite, I fell in love. It might sound silly but my taste buds were most definitely dancing. I had asked one of the girls there (very nice and polite) if she could give me some prices and from there I could see which one I wanted. I left very please and happy, the cupcakes were delicious, the girls at the front were very nice and my stomach was full 🙂 I am glad to say that I recommend Divine Delicacies to anyone who is looking for great and yummy cake.
