Horrible food okay service.. We went for a party and the food was cold over cooked and fatty. when i stated the food was cold they heated in what i assume a microwave and not fresh . who wants reheated tough steak and dried out shrimp. so i refused the food. last time i check well done is not burned to a crisp and blackened. Beer is to be cold not hot . Such a disappointment and the manager or owner had an attitude and said well reheating is policy. seriously????
The food is awesome. The Alice Spring Chicken is delicious and so are the Aussey Cheese Fries, I really love Outback. The service at this location, is not that great. If you try the one near the Falls or Kendall Drive, much better.
Always just right. Whenever I’m hungry & don’t want to risk a bad experience somewhere new, I go to Outback. Always good, never lets me down, ole reliable. Start me off with that soft, warm, pumpernickel bread before I order my favorite wings on the planet – Kookaburra Wings. Next bring me the always cool & fresh house salad. Then the best NY Strip for the price you can get. A baked potato rounds out my meal. Yeah, no room for desert here. When I’m done, I feel like a king & gladly pay the reasonable bill that is presented to me. I always leave there feeling like I got my money’s worth for a great meal & good service.
