Passed this place on Monroe literally hundreds of times throughout the years but never stopped by. Been working out like crazy lately so I craved something with a lot of carbs and protein without a bunch of grease which led me here for lunch. The lady who worked the counter was exceptionally nice and sweet. Gave her my order and waited about 10 minutes or less which wasn’t a problem because your food is made to order. I picked two proteins (chicken and pork) so my total came to $12. Got back to the office, took the lid off and the enticing aroma smacked my nose around like the most skilled of pugilists! Absolutely outstanding! And for the size of the meal, the average appetite would probably get two servings though I consumed all of mine right then and there. Welcome to my Life, 1 Fresh!

Tasty & Healthy. This should be on everyone’s go to list of favorites. What’s not to like about fresh ingredients, cooked to order, in a pleasant clean atmosphere? We will certainly be back on a regular basis.
Pretty Good. I’m always happy to find a place that offers brown rice. Not only does 1 Fresh offer brown rice, but also quinoa and even better, black rice! The black rice was the grain of the day when I went so I don’t guess it is always available. They offer a very nice variety of sauces too. The large bowl is a lot of food but at just under $10, kind of expensive I think. There didn’t seem to be that many vegetables, mostly rice. Also, I couldn’t figure out why my bill was a few bucks higher than what I had tallied in my head so I asked the cashier and was told that we had to pay an extra dollar for each of our kids because they ordered tofu. Now that is not fair! Chicken no extra charge but tofu is?
1 Fresh > Ghenghis Grill. This place puts Ghengis Grill to shame!! The bowls taste better and the ingredients taste more fresh than Ghengis Grill. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good stir fry restaurant in Tallahassee!
Just amazing! Such fresh made right in front of you, so tasty and so much customization. Will most definitely go back!
