What has happened to Carrabba’s? Last 2 times spegetti has been cold with minimal sauce and no taste. Last nights Pasta Carrabba had virtually no Alfredo Sauce. It was a dried up mess of noodles with sparse slices of chicken. Have eaten here once a week for years but since Mike left, this place has gone to the pits!

Killer Food-. Agree with other reviewers- portions have gotten smaller over the years – but the food is always delicious. Ate here Friday January 31, and had to send crab cakes app. back – burnt on one side – cold in the middle. Manager made it right with fresh order, and no charge. Great the second time around. This particular night, service was way too slow- an almost 2 hour dinner for 2 people. In his defense, he was waiting on booth bar seating, pizza bar seating, and a few dining room tables. Poor management to spread one guy around so thin. A favorite spot still.

Food is always fresh and delicious. Even when they are really full and busy, we are treated very well as guests there.

The portions are small and the prices are too high. The wine is incredibly over priced. I used to love going here but I won’t be back any time soon.

Front staff that walk you to your table are rude and have a negative stuck up attitude. Food was not worth the price paid for. Only highlight was the waiter was wonderful.

Used to be better. For a chain, Carrabba’s always had reliably above average food. We’ve eaten there many times, it is always packed, noisy and pretty darn good. Not so much on a recent visit. The food was meh. The grilled chicken, veggies and mashed potatoes which is my go-to was luke warm and super salty. And I love salt. The lobster ravioli was nothing special and the veal marsala was tough! The salads were obviously pre-made and had been sitting in the fridge plated and ready to serve. The dressing was weak and uninspired. Not sure what has happened, but I doubt we’ll return any time soon. Disappointing.

Salt with a side of pasta. All I could taste was salt. Salt, salt, salt. I’ve never thrown away left-overs before, but what I brought home from Carrabba’s was not even worthy of my microwave — on the other hand, a $1 Michelina’s frozen dinner in my microwave provided a far superior Italian dining experience. I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone, and I can’t take seriously anyone who enjoyed it.
