I must say that this was the worst experience I have ever had at this franchise. Our family managed to get steak and hamburgers overcooked to the extreme and frajitas with no taste and the shrimp not cooked. I dared not even ask my husband how his food was. Customer service zero bar the host who was trying to hold the whole restaurant together by himself. Kudos to the kitchen staff who had to serve food.
I LOVE CHILI’S!!!!!! I always get their tripple dipper with the mini burgers, fried cheese, and the spicy rolls. It is delicious! Sometimes their water tastes kind of gross but I like to get their strawberry lemonade drinks.

The campus chili’s isn’t as good as the others in town. For students by students.
Uninspiring, but at least well meaning.. It’s convenient so long as you’re not in a hurry, I can give it that.People who had come in after us had finished and left before we got our food, the bathroom had a non-functional paper towel dispenser leaving me to dry my hands with a napkin at the table, one of our glasses of water had the taste of dish soap, and there was a large amount of ambient dust about the dining area.Well into waiting for our food the manager came out and apologized to us for the wait, but nobody else leading me to believe our ticket was misplaced at some point.My medium rare burger was well done, and the thick hickory smoked bacon upon it was exceptionally thin and bland.
The worst restaurant experience I have ever had. Took an hour to get order taken. She forgot the appetizer so we got it after the main course. And they didn’t even give it to us for free. The molten tasted terrible, the skillet queso didn’t taste like anything and the chips were over salted. The margarita was watered down. Awful place. Will never return.
