Good for what it is. I came in here expecting only Chinese food, and was very surprised. This was one of the most random buffets I’ve ever been to. They had 4 or 5 different bars, one for sushi, soup, salad, main entrees, desserts, etc. Looks dirty and run down on the outside, and it’s kinda the same on the inside. Just don’t look up at the ceilings! Overall, I was pleasantly surprised at the assortment of foods, yet not so much about the flavor. I might still go back just to eat the good stuff, but overall I wouldn’t say it’s very good.
Industrial grade Chinese. Sushi is great.
Bland, unimpressive, not fresh. My family of 4 went to dinner at 6PM on a Thursday. The waitress was pleasant and kept the drinks filled and dishes cleared, but that’s about the only positive of this restaurant. There was a good variety of food–salad, fruit, desserts, American, sushi, and Chinese. However, there wasn’t as much Chinese food as I was expecting, and all of it had been sitting in the warming plates for far too long. The desserts were also stale.The pepper chicken was the best that evening, but the chicken in special brown sauce was absolutely nasty. The Bourbon chicken was so dried out and tough that it was inedible. We will not go back.
Great Place to Take Children!. My Children and I LOVE this place. The best time to go is on Friday nights. They have the most variety then. Their sushi chef is talented and helpful. The dumplings are wonderful, and the stuffed mushrooms and shrimp are to die for. There’s so much to choose from, you can’t not find something you like. I highly recommend this place.
Super Duper China. Best place for seafood – spicy crawdads on the buffet, and I go for the extra weird foods table on one side of the main buffet tables – I have no idea what I have eaten there, but all delicious, or at least intriguing. fast efficient, not overly friendly, just as a Chinese place should be! The real treat was one day when we went in and there were hundreds of Chinese people – more than I thought lived in Tallahassee, the food was extra extra good and there was even more variety than usual – it was the Moon Festival – and the Moon pie was totally strange and totally delicious.
