Would not recommend. I decided to try Doughlicious after an 11 hour day at work because it was really close to my office and I had a coupon for an oven baked sub, fries and a drink all for $7.50 (which when the sub usually costs $7 on its own I thought this was a decent deal). I walked inside the restaurant around 7 p.m. and was the only patron. I decided to order an Italian sub with fries to go. Even though I was the only patron and there was only one delivry order that went out, it took 20 minutes for my order to be prepared. Definitely not the quick service I was hoping for, but since this is a new place I could tell most of the employees were still training and the man I believe was the owner was doing his best to make things run smoother so I didn’t mind too much. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The fries were the most bland fries I have ever eaten. There was absolutely no salt or any other kind of seasoning on these fries and they were difficult to swallow without drinking after every bite. I will not eat their fries again. The sub I had tasted fine, but was nothing fantastic. Overall I would not recommend this restaurant.
Not ordering again. I ordered a steak calzone and a crepe. The calzone filling was more bland than the crust. There was no seasoning or any sort of flavor development. The crepe was thick and chewy.. Not at all what a crepe is supposed to be like. I didn’t finish either of my ordered items.
Really impressed. Very solid calzones for a good price. I shouldn’t admit it but I probably order one of these delivered to my office at least once a week.
Just tried it.. Got a pepperoni calzone.. It was pretty boring.. Needed garlic and that buttery top that calzones are supposed to have. The decor needs some work.. The red and yellow interior is pretty intense with the only thing on the wall being their huge menu. Overall it was just okay.. It’s good that they are open late and deliver.. That will be the saving grace of this business
This place is awesome. If you don’t like their food well, you probably don’t like much of anything in life. My advice is stay home and cook. Now. Doughlicious is undeniably a great restaurant. Affordable, and conveniently located. Therefore stop reading reviews and go try their food for yourself.
