Abysmal Customer Service. Every time my family and I have visited this location, we’ve encountered terrible customer service. I’m usually pretty patient with workers, as I know they’re not making a fortune, but it appears to be a requirement to work at this store to be offensively apathetic or downright rude. Twice now we have ordered something off the menu and stood around for 15 minutes only to find out they weren’t making what we were waiting on and couldn’t be bothered to ask if we had been helped. When we did get all of our stuff, there was also something wrong with at least one thing. For example, a coffee being iced when it was meant to be hot. Other times the employees have acted either extremely mentally slow, making you repeat a menu item over and over, or straight up rude by calling out that a drink is ready repeatedly within five seconds like YOU need to hurry up. All of this has happened when there wasn’t even anyone else in the store, so it’s not like they were busy. They honestly almost have me convinced at this point that they, and whatever manager is hiring these folks, WANTS the store to either fail, or drive off customers so that they won’t have to do anything. I like Dunkin’ Donuts products but we just can’t go through this anymore and won’t be returning to this store.Think twice before going here unless you’re a glutton for punishment!
Quick and tasty. Donuts are fresh and tasty and service was quick even with a full store.
