Pretty Nice. While this place does not have the same friendly atmosphere of New leaf I give them kudos for the store design being much easier to navigate. They have more selections than New Leaf but definitely need more workers.

Healthy and Variety. I frequent Earthfare and often stop and get their buffet. I usually get a salad and sometimes some of the hot bar. (I like the Brussel Sprouts) They serve fish and chicken and beef sometimes and tofu and beans and vegetables. I’m vegetarian, so it’s nice to have the options they provide for vegetarian-vegan as well. It’s good food. I wouldn’t go out and say it’s the best food I’ve had, but it’s not a bad price and it’s pretty healthy. I also enjoy the juice & smoothy bar and sometime pick up a kombucha to go along with lunch or dinner.I’ve seen people set up meetings in the dining room too, go on their computers and take advantage of the free wifi-. So that’s pretty cool. It’s nice to eat here. I enjoy it. It’s not the same atmosphere you get form dining in a restaurant or eating at home, but it is nice. You can also get the buffet to go and have a picnic somewhere or something or take it back with you to work or home. Quick, easy, affordable, healthy. Friendly atmosphere.

The concept is farm to table at this Ashville-NC-based grocery and deli. Tasty hot bar, salad bar and soup bar. A bit pricy at $8 per pound, but wholesome. Some vegetarian entrees. Some grocery items are very reasonably priced like brown, cage-free eggs at $2.28 per dozen or milk in glass bottles at $3.49 per 1/2 gal. Weekly specials.

Great Food and Staff. If you haven’t had Earth fare’s 8.99 prime rib dinner on Tuesday evenigs, you’re missing out on the best dinner value in town. The rib is a generous cut, served with mashed ‘taters and veggies and is high quality. I have had prime rib specials all over the nation, this one is excellent. You can eat it there or take it out. The deli salads should be tried before buying, the style varies and not everyone will like them all, but most are extremely good. The salad bar is very good, above average for the area to be sure, and the soups are good. The Pizza and sandwhiches are decent, I really like the chicken salad sandwhiches and the Sushi is now quite good. The coffee bar is excellent. Staff is uniformly nice and helpful and if you have any problem, they fix it immediately–at least they did for me.They have indoor and outdoor seating with free Wi-Fi. Great place to chill, drink something cold or hot, and get some work done.

Mixed feelings about voting like. I love the idea of a $5 lunch that’s using high quality ingredients. The quality is inconsistent and the protocol for getting your meal is cumbersome. The soup kettles are difficult to use. The sneezeguards are hard to manuver around. If you get soup it’s awkwardly hot and always spill prone. If you get a fruit container it’s an awkward job trying fill it up. If all the options were made to order and it wasn’t so difficult getting the sides it’s be great. I always get the chicken salad coissant, fruit cup, and soup. I wished they’d just give you a whole sandwich instead of a half, because you know yet are just going to throw out the other half. Maybe as time passes they will get a better system going. Good service, price, variety.

Something for Everyone. While eating inside a supermarket may not be everyone’s cup of tea, this is one of the best. The food is simple and straightforward for the most part, offering vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options for even the most specific of diners. The free WiFi and Kids Eat Free Thursdays are wonderful perks for those of us on the go or who have small children in tow. Getting your shopping done and a tasty meal in the same trip? Perfect.

Shopping and Eating!. The breakfast bar is excellent! They have everything from grits, eggs and bacon to yogurt, croissants and fruit. Their granola is sweet, crunchy and toothsome. I also love the salmon dish…can’t pronounce it, but it is very good and goes well with scrambled eggs. For lunch, they have to have one of the best values in town, 1/2 sandwich, cup of freshly made soup and your pick of a fruitbowl or chips for less than 6 bucks. Their personnel are very friendly, helpful and seem to really enjoy their jobs. I especially like to folks in the coffee area…very cool.I enjoy shopping their too. The meat counter offers excellent no antibiotic meats and lots of organic pics. In all, this is the kind of grocery store/deli/ hangout we all wanted to see here!
