Tasty tacos after the Saturday night concert in cascades. Yummy empanadas, lamb, shrimp, and the perfect egg taco – over medium. Be sure not to drop your empanada on the floor, they only give you three.
Their tacos are very traditional in ingredients in regards to legit Mexican tacos, however, they are unique in their own way. I love the fact they make their own corn tortillas and the five tacos I tried were excellent. On the con side of their food, for the amount of filling they put in each taco (a lot and a good thing), they should double up on the tortillas when using corn like in traditional Mexican cuisine, because corn tortillas tear and split easily. Also, their house cocktails, though great tasting, are ridiculously small, and if you have to order Salsa and Chips verses getting them complimentary, they should be endless. If it had not been for those cons, this place would be a solid 4 or 4.5.
Awesome tacos, do not turn your nose at the size, they are generously topped. Nice job mixing flavors! You could spend a full day sampling the flavors and drinks! He should have a tapas and flight party!
