Consistently good food, fresh cut fries. Just a good old fashioned greasy burger . Cooked to order, so it is always hot and fresh. And roasted peanuts while you wait!
Bad Customer Service and Filthy Restaurant. I took my family to eat Friday night at the Killearn location. The employee at the register swiped my debit card twice due to the printer running out of paper and he wasn’t trained to change the paper so instead of asking for help he rung my order twice charging my card twice. I advised him not to swipe my card twice. The funds are still not credited to my account even though Chris the manager advised me he corrected the problem. I spent 38.28 for 4 burgers. The service was awful and the restaurant was filthy. I enjoy the food usually however the fries were cold , this was the worst experience. I contacted their website and the store manager. I hope they give future training or they will loose business. It was very frustrating after working all week to have such a bad family dinner with my adult children.
What else can I say – this place is consistent in its offerings. Consistently Above Average! Always hot, flavorful and affordable. Some of the best fries in town.
It’s OK. Agree with another post – it’s OK, but not up to the hype. Seems just a glorified Wendy’s, but with faster service.
It’s a chain, and its just like all the other 5GB&F. Good burgers, if a little pricy.
They’re okay. I like their burgers but theres way too much hype for what it actually is. Theyre good but not THAT good. Kind of expensive for a burger but it tastes pretty fresh to me. The fries can be greasy at times.
Best burguers in townn!! Definetely, plus when you order fries they give you literately a cup full of fries!!! Good price, great quality and excellent customer service
