Maybe not the most authentic Cuban food. (I’m a Tampa girl) but really flavorful stuff. You can’t go wrong with the classic Cuban and gordos spiced fries with some addictive gordos sauce. The mahi sandwich is also a huge favorite of mine. Everything on the menu is a crowd pleaser. And make sure to grab a gordos smash drink if you find yourself there during happy hour!
Really LIKE their food, and I keep trying them, but there’s none S-L-O-W-E-R than this place. If you’ve got time to spend and you’re not too hungry (nothing comes out fast but a drink), try ’em. Routinely get the Gordo Fries (yummy seasoning) and Pollo Alla Plancha — super fantastic; fabulous beans/rice and plantains. Ordered the Dulce de Leche — delicious cake, but a structural disaster.
