So pricey…. Went there for dinner and my sub cost $8.50. It tasted fine, but I can get something similar for $2-$3 less at many of the other sub shops in town. I’ve been here maybe a handful of times in all my years of living in Tallahassee (19 years now) and don’t know why I went this time recently. Will not go there again unless I have a deep discount or free coupon. Fat chance!

Visiting my friend in Tallahassee for the weekend and she suggested this for lunch before grocery shopping. Everyone was friendly but I ordered a simple grilled cheese and a cup of soup. The grilled cheese was clearly burnt but served to me anyhow. I just did not feelLike the trouble to go and stand back in line for another one. Not at all impressed.

Depends what you get… When I first started going to Hopkins, I would get their sandwiches but I agree with other reviewers about it being pricy for sandwiches. I now stick with their Hopkins Cobb Salad which is pretty good with the variety of ingredients but one time they used Iceburg Lettuce and it just wasn’t the same for me. Its a hit or miss with the staff. Some are nice, others very nonchalant. I would recommend them for the salad though and they have delicious dressings.

Good, but…. Let me preface this review by stating that I have always enjoyed Hopkins- I will also continue to frequent them as long as I am living in tallahassee. Now, having said that….. Stay away from the meatloaf sandwich! Normally i would be wise enough to know better, but having enjoyed everything else in the past, I decided it could be worth the risk. Boy was I wrong! Love Hopkins, dread the meatloaf sandwich- it tasted old and microwaved.. You have been warned!

Overpriced, small sandwiches. The sandwiches are very pricey for what you get, and don’t include chips or a drink. The chicken philly was a joke at $8 (the rest of my table certainly had a laugh) — very small and all I could taste was salt and butter.

Love The Food Here!!!. This place is awesome for those of us on a diet…they have a great selection of low fat veggie sandwiches and salads and their half sandwich and soup is always perfectly satisfying. I love that I can eat here on my lunch break and I leave feeling full and like I had a gourmet meal but I don’t feel like I’ve blown my calories for the day =+)
