Local eatery. Food’s good. I havent been to the other locations but the one on N. Monroe has always done me right. There are a few sandwich places I like better but Hopkins’ does have its own style and flavor, their salads are large and the employees are downright nice. This is a local spot that you should support.

I literally dream about The Hummer. I’m a vegetarian, and I have always gotten the hummer sub chicken add sprouts and its my favorite thing to eat. I’m a poor college student and I don’t mind the $10 price tag for it. With the service, you get what you give. Working in the food industry sucks, and you’re not paid enough for what you have to put up with. Just be nice and courteous and they will return the favor. Overall its an awesome place to eat.
