Pancakes are great here. As for the rest, I wouldn’t know.
I’ve been there twice and both times everything on the table was sticky with syrup. If they don’t bother to clean their tables I doubt the kitchen gets much attention.
Of course I’m a fan of ihop. Not as good as Denny’s though. I’ve been to this location a couple times and I think the service is pretty good. In general the food is a little pricey, but that’s too be expected of a big chain. I ordered the strawberry banana pancakes. The strawberry sauce is delicious and the bananas are both inside and on top of the pancakes. Plus there’s whipped cream on top. I’d also recommend the hot chocolate with whipped cream on top, very delicious.
Waited at the hostess station for 10 minutes then went to Chic-fil-a across the street.
Why. It was rush hour, waited 15 min when there were about 6 empty tables to choose from. Some staff was great, some were soooo slow and lazy. All around NOT the best IHOP i’ve been to.
Poor Quality, S-L-O-W Service. Undercooked pancakes — Yuck! And we waited sooooo long in the EMPTY restaurant! Pathetic. Why do people keep coming here???
Bad service, long wait, food just OK. We went for brunch on a Sunday at 11AM and the restaurant was somewhat busy but not slammed. We waited 15 min for a table when there were other tables available on the other side of the building. Then, we waited 20 min before the waitress even took our drink order and gave our food order as well. After another 20 min we let the waitress know that if the food was not at the table in the next 5 min we were leaving as we had a plane to catch and was not expecting to waste an hour for pancakes. She assured us that it would be as it as almost ready and the kitchen was slammed. The food did appear in a few minutes, and it was obvious that it had been ready for a while because the mac n cheese that my kid ordered was dried out. The only redeeming thing that happened was that the waitress gave us a 50% discount for the trouble without us even asking. That is not enough for us to go back, however.
