Okay..Update..The Boliche is awesome.______________________________So far I’ve had their vegetarian All Saints Kubano, Salad and the Ropa Vieja Kubano. The first time I tried Kubano was when a friend brought/bought me the Ropa Vieja Kubano. It had been an hour since he purchased it but the meat was still tender and juicy. The pickles were so crunchy and not over powering and the sauce that came with it complemented the sandwich. This past weekend I made my way over to the truck and ordered the Vegetarian All Saints because I’ve been on a veggie binge and also love portobello mushrooms. It was good but I wasn’t the biggest fan of the bean/vegetarian spanish sausage. I couldn’t tell if it was actually vegetarian or not because it looked and felt like meat. Maybe they’re just good at making mock meat, I don’t know. The corn and bean salad was tasty but disappeared rather quickly. Due to a minor mishap the nice man offered me a free drink and now I am addicted to the watermelon soda. *insert heart eyes*

That big saucy meaty not-too-salty kubano Cuban dipped in mojo sauce, paired with fried plantains… I don’t know how clean that food truck is but what’s coming out of it almost makes me forget to be curious

The food is great, they make a solid Cuban sandwich, and I would rate it between a 4.0 to a 4.5. However; the food trailer is pretty gross. I’m use to eating at grungy non-licensed food trucks all the time when I in Houston and none appeared as dirty as this one. For example, the dude taking the money had dirt under all his finger nails and I’m just thankful he was not the one doing the cooking, the coolers behind the trailer holding the food were open in direct sun light and swarming with flies, and the interior of the trailer was a cluttered mess of dinginess. Therefore I had to drop my rating to a 3.0 and it’s only that high because the food was so good. So please Kbano! clean it up I want to continue to be a patron.

These are by far the best sandwiches in Tally. This small joint is packed with good vibes, great music, and a tasty surprise in every bite you take. The staff is extremely friendly, and they are everything you would expect from a food truck and then some more.

Holy god this is good. If you want a big meaty Cuban sandwich, this is your place. Lots of pickles, bread is crusty and pressed, and the meat is plentiful and super tasty. Highly recommend the Ropa.

OH MY GOD. My coworker told me about this little food truck and I am SO glad I went for lunch today. Best sandwich I have ever had. Seriously. The best. Huge portion sizes for around $7-$10 and the fries are so yummy too! Ask for extra EXTRA seasoning on the fries and I promise you won’t want to use ketchup.
