The food was pretty good. The atmosphere was thematic and interesting. But, it was the staff that really stood out. They were genuine, welcoming, and knowledgeable about BBQ. I’d go back.

Food is extremely good! Once you get passed the fact that it doesn’t look like your typical Tallahassee restaurant. The staff was super sweet and the serve yourself soup was extremely good. I like that in a town of pizza and burgers, this is a great, ethnic option.

It’s okay. Not a great variety, but presentation is pretty. Beef tastes great! Sashimi is all from frozen, blak. Not an average kid friendly menu.

One of my favorite restaurants and it is sad to see its decline. Went there recently and the food is not the same. I don’t know if there is a different cook or what. They were out of spicy mung beans and served macaroni salad instead. Total disappointment. I sure hope it returns to the great food of past.

No frills but delicious. Tried both the pork and beef bulgogi, both very good and satisfying, served with large portions of rice.

Could Be Better. Just got back from Korean BBQ & More. I wanted to write this while my thoughts were still clear in my head. I’ll preface this by saying that this is the first time I’ve eaten Korean food. So it could be that I just don’t like some of the dishes no matter who they would be cooked by.When we first got to this place we noticed that it was somewhat of a no frills small family place. To start you get free barely tea, kimche, and some sort of bean sprout side. Honestly I didn’t like any of them. You also get free soup which is ok. But nothing to write home about.I ordered the sashimi bowl and my friend ordered the beef bbq. Both of the main dishes were tasty. The beef BBQ came with rice and meat side by side. Unfortunately the BBQ didn’t come with very much meat. Come on guys. I know meat is expensive, but if you’re going to run a BBQ joint you at least need to give us a decent serving of beef.I have no complaints about the sashimi bowl though. It was huge. Big enough to feed two people. The vegetables in it were fresh, the fish was fresh, and the rice was good. It also had some sort of tasty sauce mixed in to season it. Bottom line. If I want a good sashimi bowl I’ll go there and just skip eating the sides. Otherwise I’m going to take a pass and eat somewhere else.
