The hot and fresh light is only on when you dont want donuts, not when you do want donuts. Customer service is poor and waited 10 minutes for an iced coffee with no other customers and two employees behind the counter. Would not repeat visit.
Hot Now! You see that sign and you just gotta stop, cause you just can’t go wrong with these donuts. They melt on your tongue, but fresh is the only way to go.

What’s not to like about hot donuts. Each time I go there with that famous light on saying Hot donuts Now, I’m never disappointed. With diabetes, donuts are off the menu but occasionally I’ll cheat and go there. Ask for the donuts just out of the glazing waterfall. those are the best. if you go when they aren’t making donuts then the review from me doesn’t mean as much.
