Good food. Ribs fall off the bone Prime Rib 8ox was disappointing as it contained too much fat and cartilage. Tough to cut even with steak knife Ordered the Rib medium and it came out very pink. Service was attentive and revisits to table were spaced enough apart so as to not bother you but frequent enough to check on youI would think twice on ordering the Prime Rib as this is the 2nd Longhorn restaurant serving poor level Rib.
