Nice guys and great sandwiches – perfect lunch spot in downtown Tally.
Awesome sandwiches. The Philly and Chicken Philly are insane! Parking can be an issue but well worth walking a block or so.
Middle of the Road. I tried a Turkey Club Sub. The turkey was good, the bacon plentiful. I felt like it could use some more lettuce and tomato. The weird part was the sub roll which was pure white. It was fully cooked, but had no browning to it and didn’t have much flavor. The peanut butter cookie was excellent. Overall it’s a pretty good bang for the buck. Metro Deli might be the best sandwich in Tallahassee. What is it that makes them special? Their food is made with fresh, quality ingredients, their staff are fast and friendly. I highly recommend this spot for lunch!

Disappointing. Decided to try this place today after driving by it for years. Really disappointing! Ordered the Italian and a turkey reuben. Meat on the Italian was not good, more like low-quality lunch meat. One little piece of lettuce on tasteless bread. The reuben wasn’t much better. Gross meat, yucky dressing. Service was fine and the deli itself is clean, but very poor quality ingredients. Will not return!
