Love Mom and Pop’s. The people at Mom and Pop’s are great. The lady at the Diffenbaugh location is always super nice and remembers me with friendly hello. You can tell they really want to offer the best service and do so with a smile. Defintely a good spot to grab a quick hotdog. I think they have locations by Strozier and the Wellness Center/Leach, too.
Love! Love! Love!. I’ve been eating at Mom and Pop’s since 2005, when I was a freshman, now I work at FSU and the hot dogs are the BEST! I always get a chili dog and add ketchup, mustard and onions, it’s the best quick snack at FSU. The lemonade is great too, because it’s always fresh squeezed. The only downside is that there used to be more locations on campus, but at least we still have at least one.
Lemonade!. Okay, I’ll be honest. I haven’t tried any of their food, but I’ve only heard good things. I only tried their lemonade though. A little pricey, something like $2 for a cup, but definitely worth it. It was so cold and fresh. Not too sweet, not too sour, not too watery. It was perfect for a hot day walking around campus. Can’t wait to go back and try some other stuff.
