Again, purely based on lunch buffet experience and not ordering off menu. Food didn’t seem hot enough or fresh enough. We saw a couple of flies. Dishes seemed too heavy and salty. I felt oddly full and uncomfortable after eating. I’ll stick with Mayuri.
Hands down the best Indian restaurant in town. Friendly service, fantastic food in pleasant surroundings. Menu is not overloaded and very well laid out. We ate nan, pakora, goat , chicken and biriani. All wonderfully cooked and as spicy as you liked. When they mean spicy, they mean spicy. None of you bland one sauce dishes. We also tried the buffet. Again outstanding. I see the other restaurants in town going out of business if they cannot match these standards.
Really good food and offer a wide variety of dishes. The soups are excellent. Everything tastes fresh and well prepared. Lunch buffet is better than Mayuri. Staff are polite and very accommodating. A new favorite.
I was very impressed with Persis. The staff was so friendly and wanted to make sure we were comfortable and were educated on the food. The vegetarian options were plenty. We went during dinner, but will be back for the lunch buffet.

Quite good! A notch above Indian places in Tallahasse. We had good goat, chicken, and vegetarian dishes. It remains to be seen if they are consistent, but so far, thumbs up.
