I used to love eating here. This was the first place I ever ate pho and I became obsessed with pho. The last couple times I have gone I was very very unimpressed, the spoon they give you for broth smells highly of bleach and this happened multiple times, it completely ruined it for me. Sadly I will never go back here and thankfully there is now a much better pho restaurant in town.

First, I’m a faithful regular at Pho Me, however I was being lazy and didn’t want to drive the other side of town. I ordered pho with oxtails. After paying for my meal, the uninformed cashier, Angelenia, stated that they only had two of the three oxtails that came with the meal. She stated she would add additional chicken to suffice for the lack of meat. When the food was delivered, there was only one oxtail and limited chicken. When asked about the other meat, she stated that she told us that it was only one. When we corrected her, she said that she was confused. We were highly upset, because we paid extra for the oxtails, and she didn’t acknowledge that she messed up. Either way, we won’t return.

Old veggies. If you don’t use all of the bean sprouts, jalapenos, thai basil and culantro they supply you with, they will wash it off and re-use it. That being said, the veggies they gave you have probably been rewashed and reused multiple times already. this is true insider knowledge. also, rare steak in pho is often freezer burned, and they reheat noodles for takeout in the Styrofoam containers.

The real deal. One of the most authentic southeast Asian dining experiences you can find in Tallahassee. Highly recommend!

The Name is Not the Mainstay. Contrary to the name of the restaurant-Pho is not the most delicious offering at this Vietnamese casual dining joint. The Bahn Mi is actually the most tasty thing I have eaten from there (so far all varieties I have tried have been delicious in their own way). The sandwich includes pickled radish, carrots, and cucumbers with a delicious pate spread, all put in between a delicious French bread. They either make the bread, or they buy it from somewhere that knows how to make ******* delicious bread. For $5.00, it is well worth it. A must try is the Egg Noodle Soup (or M1 if you wanna get specific). Egg noodles in a pork broth with shrimp, fortified with dried (or fried) shallots. It is a deeply savory soup, and each bite had me going back for more. Plus the shrimp was not overcooked-big deal for me. The Pho is decent-not as savory or rich in taste as the Egg Noodle Soup.

This place is awesome. I don’t particularly like pho, but I do love this restaurant. The sandwiches are delicious, as is everything else on the menu. For the price this place is excellent.
