Extreme Customer Service A++. While participating in a fitness challenge, i had limited options to eat…especially whule eating out. The manager went above and beyond to meet my expectations…even going so far as to custom build my order at 2 am! Definitely a great customer srvice and culinary experience. I’d go so far and say THE BEST in Tally! #primetime
Horrible service!! Waited for 30 mins when they clearly had 8 or more tables open. outside had plenty of tables also but there was a wait for that. They told us sorry we can’t seat you yet. I understand if you do not have enough servers but on Sunday brunch you need extra servers and not 4 RUDE hostess and 6 bartenders…
Great prime rib. Went with my daughter for the Wednesday night prime rib. It is a great deal and great prime rib, been there the past two Wednesdays. It is much better than the prime rib at Outback. The garlic mashed potatoes are good also. The service this time was much better than previous visits, not that it was bad but they could have been moe attentive to water and speed
Great food, great service. I went to Prime Time for the 1st time for lunch on my birthday. The server was courteous, friendly and knowlegable. The burger and sweet potato fries were amazing. I went a 2nd time this past weekend with my son and he loved it as well!
