Worth the search!. This is one of the best restaurants in Tallahassee hands down! The food is SUPER authentic Italian and German Night (Thursday’s) is great as well. It looks like a hole in the wall from the outside but it is very delicious and care goes into making each dish, just like true Italian food.

Wonderful food, cozy atmosphere, great service. My wife and I have been long time diners at Riccardo’s and we highly recommend it! The food and service are consistantly good, always hot and fresh (the food, not the service), and we’ve never been dissapointed. They get our hightest recommendation!

Love this place!! Went here based on reviews and was not disappointed. My daughter got spaghetti and meatballs, food was still steaming as it was placed on table. Never had I seen that before. She loved it! The meatballs are delish and the calzone I got was large and great, as I cut into it, steam came out. Fresh and hot food. Prices are reasonable, maybe because salads aren’t included in entrees. Will return many times!!!

So glad I found this here!!! Everything was DELISH!!! I got the special of baked spinach and roasted garlic ravioli. To. Die. For.

Pizza is not very good, but I’d try their other food. I ordered a 10 inch pizza with onions, mushrooms, green peppers, garlic, and tomatoes. Pizza was cooked about right. Crust was bready and somewhat yeasty, although crispy on the bottom and not doughy; not bad, but not really what I enjoy for a pizza crust. Sauce was a little watery, but was not metallic or overly sweet, and the cheese appeared to be straight mozzarella. Both were present in about the right ratios for me. Mushrooms were canned, which I think is ridiculous. Tomatoes were good Roma/plum tomato slices; not overcooked or mushy and did not make the pizza watery. Green peppers were fresh and cooked about right. Onion and garlic were nearly nonexistent. Overall a very mediocre pizza. Salad was very generic, being mostly iceberg lettuce, but was fresh and crunchy and the house Italian dressing was nice and vinegary. Service was very good. I will not try their pizza again because I am not a fan of their crust, but I will try some of their other food because of reviews.

Always Delicious!. We’ve been a fan of this place for the last 10 years. Almost a weekly to-go order for us. Great homemade bread. Try the calzone to see it highlighted. Meatballs are my sons favorite, along with the cheese pizza. Sandwiches are huge, tasty, and full of good stuff- get a full size at lunch time, for a left over half sandwich for dinner. So in closing— killer food.
